Terms of Use for RG Discord Bot

These Terms of Use govern the use of the Race Generation (RG) Discord Bot, which interacts with our Notion databases and RaceGenerationGlobal.com website.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the RG Discord Bot in the Race Generation Discord server, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

2. Bot Functionality

The RG Bot is designed to:

Link your Discord account to your Race Generation profile.
Fetch and display your racing stats, lap times, and event registrations from RaceGenerationGlobal.com and our Notion databases.
Manage team rosters, league information, and event check-ins.

3. Data Usage

What we access: The bot accesses your Discord User ID, username, and server roles to map them to your RG Profile in Notion.
How it's used: Your data is used exclusively to provide racing community features (leaderboards, registrations, event notifications). We do not sell or share this data.

4. User Conduct

When interacting with the RG Bot, you agree not to:

Spam commands or intentionally overload the bot.
Attempt to access other users' private data or exploit vulnerabilities.
Use the bot for any malicious or unauthorized purposes.

5. Availability and Maintenance

The RG Bot is provided "as is". We may temporarily disable the bot for maintenance, updates, or to address issues with the Notion API or website integration. We are not liable for any disruptions in service.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the bot's features expand. Continued use of the bot constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
